The city of Passaic identified Sun Equity Partners as the ideal developer to transform this formerly thriving industrial site along the river into prime mixed-use residential units, with dynamic retail and restaurant space on the street level. The combination of an inventory of space and land in need of redevelopment, a dearth of available properties between Passaic and New York, federal tax credits, and the commitment by the city to be business-friendly means Passaic is poised for a renaissance on a scale Hoboken and Edgewater.
