With a population of close to 20,000, Delran, a 7.2 square-mile town, sits at the intersection of the Delaware River and the Rancocas Creek in Burlington County, New Jersey. Delran’s numerous water sports and natural recreation sites make it a popular destination for visitors, particularly along the township’s busy Rt. 130 corridor – a road traveled by some 50,000 vehicles per day. Based on these factors, Sun Equity Partners identified the area’s location as a prime destination for mixed-use retail, leading to the rollout of Greenleaf At Delran, a brand new, 171,000 squarefoot Retail Center.
